Welcome to youthradio.eu – the largest multilingual radio and podcasting community for children and adolescents in Europe. It brings together an expanding European podcasting network: teachers, educators, youth workers, and young creators.
Born through the European project “Kids Radio Europe”, co-funded by the European Union under the Creative Europe programme, this is a unique digital space where the voices of the new generation areheard loud and clear.
What is youthradio.eu?
YouthRadio.eu is a collaborative platform for podcasts and radio productions created by groups of children and adolescents in schools or youth organisations, and educational media from France, Germany, and Greece.
Here, children and adolescents upload, share, and broadcast their audio creations — gaining the opportunity to:
- Express themselves on what inspires, concerns, or motivates them
- Make their own radio – at school, at a leisure center or in a youth organization in their town
- Connect with peers across Europe
- Explore other cultures through podcasts that sound different, yet deeply relatable
The platform also supports cross-border journalist residencies in educational settings, fostering international collaboration and hands-on learning experiences for young media makers and educators alike.

YouthRadio.eu is built on the trusted technology of European School Radio, and integrates seamlessly with it. The two platforms communicate and share content, allowing audio productions to flow between communities and reach a wider audience across Europe.
